$582 for 1 bedroom and $580 to $665 for 2 bedroom
ELIGIBILITY
You have to be in the
waiting list, you can not exceed 60% of medium income for New York.
Limits for individual tenants are based on household size.
20% of the apartments are referred by HPD.
