RATES
Rents range from $280 to
$470 for 1 bedroom, $244 to $533 for 2 bedroom, and $266 to $500 for
a 3 bedroom.
ELIGIBILITY
You have to be in the
waiting list, you can not exceed 60% of medium income for New York.
Limits for individual tenants are based on household size.
