$480 for 1 bedroom and $313 to $603 for 2 bedroom
ELIGIBILITY
You have to be in the
waiting list, you can not exceed 60% of medium income for New York.
Limits for individual tenants are based on household size.

Families with very low
income, people with disabilities, senior citizens. All apartments
are completely accessible to mobility impaired residents.
