               UNIT AVAILABILITY

The project is composed of 10 Studios, 7 1 bedrooms, 21 2 bedrooms, and 9 3 bedrooms.

Units are fully occupied.  Over the year we experience approximately a 2% turnover.

When vacancies occur they are dealt through the organization waiting list.  Names are added to the list on first come basis. WAITING LIST COULD TAKE UP TO 10 YEARS.

RENTAL RATES

Rents range from  $215 to $503 per month for a Studio, $365 to $630 for 1 bedroom, $489 to $674 for 2 bedroom, and $528 to $781 for a 3 bedroom.

ELIGIBILITY

You have to be in the waiting list, you can not exceed 60% of medium income for New York.  Limits for individual tenants are based on household size.  20% of the apartments are referred by HPD.

SPECIAL POPULATION SERVED

Families with very low income, people with disabilities, senior citizens and studios are used for recuperating drug abusers through a recognize program.
