UNIT AVAILABILITY

The project is composed of 2 Studio, 11 1 bedrooms, 4 2 bedrooms, and 13 3 bedrooms.

Units are fully occupied.  Over the year we experience approximately a 1% turnover.

When vacancies occur they are dealt through the organization waiting list.  Names are added to the list on first come basis. WAITING LIST COULD TAKE UP TO 10 YEARS.

RENTAL RATES

Rents range from $477 to $548 for Studios, $215 to $769 for 1 bedroom, $548 to $769 for 2 bedroom, and $316 to $769 for a 3 bedroom.

ELIGIBILITY

You have to be in the waiting list, you can not exceed 60% of medium income for New York.  Limits for individual tenants are based on household size. 20% of the apartments are referred by HPD.

SPECIAL POPULATION SERVED

Families with very low income, people with disabilities, senior citizens.  Apartments in the first floor of all the buildings are accessible to mobility impaired.
