waiting list, you can not exceed 60% of medium income for New York.
Limits for individual tenants are based on household size.
10% of the apartments are referred by HPD.

POPULATION SERVED
Families with very low
income, people with disabilities, senior citizens and studios are
used for recuperating drug abusers through a recognize program.
