UNIT AVAILABILITY

The project is composed of 4 Studios, 43 1 bedrooms, 90 2 bedrooms, 53 3 bedrooms and 10 4 bedrooms.

Units are fully occupied.  Over the year we experience approximately a 2% turnover.

When vacancies occur they are dealt through a waiting list specific to the project.  WATING LIST IS CLOSED.  When a new list is compiled it’s based on a first come basis after an invitation has been published in newspapers with wide circulation.  Families that are of very low income in danger of losing their homes have first choices when apartments are available. 

RENTAL RATES

Rents for this project is set at $781 per month for Studios, $949 for 1 bedroom, $1,152 for 2 bedroom, $1,405 3 bedroom and  $1,668 for 4 bedrooms.

Tenants pay 30% of their family income.

ELIGIBILITY

You have to be in the waiting list, you can not exceed 80% of medium income for New York City. At the present time the maximum income for a family of 4 is $48,550.

Families with very low income, people with disabilities, senior citizens.

3^rd St, 195 Roebling St, and 215 Roebling St, all apartments are completely accessible to mobility impaired residents.                                             

AMENITIES

All apartments are elevator accessible.  A community room at 195 Roebling St. provides computer training and a community room at 215 Roebling St. Cooking gas included
